Seasons Greetings!

A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all from myself and all of us here at FAITH.

It has been a rocky year for many of us, but the majority got there in the end. We have all tried so very hard to find that niche we feel comfortable with, some are still searching but that's OK. We all take time!

So I would like to take this time to thank you all for your efforts with the project, and with one another, you've all been great!

Time now to sit back and relax, until the new year then it's back to the mill.

Have a happy holiday.

PAIN IS THE ARTIST

I knelt at the base of a statue - a monument.
I sometimes wonder quite how life can deal you such a splendid hand on one day, then trump you on the next. It is of course, the anticipation of defeat that keeps an air of excitement pulsing.

It is also, in my opinion, something of a mild beauty how gracefully the brush strokes glide across the canvas of life. These brush strokes which leave their permanent mark, each one a tattoo of emotion and unrepressed passion.

Pain is the artist, painting it's elagent masterpiece on the canvas of life.

Pain deals your cards in the no holds barred game of fate.

Pain never starts a job it's not prepared to finish.

THE ONLY CIRCUS YOU WILL EVER JOIN... IS LIFE

I have had some time to reflect, to try to find myself... I don't think this "myself" people refer to exists.. what a wild goose chase.

I asked God to do me a favour today... he replied with a no. But sometimes we are so intent on seeing the signs we forget to take the hint.

We all have been chosen to fend for our selves, that makes us gifted or cursed? You decide.

Jesus performed miracles... why can't we? Well today I told someone they were special and helped them with a critical illness called grief. So maybe that makes me a miracle worker too.

Not everything has to be so hard, we just need to stop searching for the answer before we even know the question. And look at all the smaller pictures and the bigger picture as equals in order to find the truth.

Does it sound like I've found myself now? I'm not even close.

Prophets and Preachers

Some say that a prophet may be false, whereas a preacher, although his beliefs may be misguided - often speaks from the heart. His teachings however inaccurate they may be are felt to be honest either way. That is the way of a preacher, poor judgement? perhaps, but all the same he will speak out for what he believes in.

Take our good friend Prince Leopold for instance. Prophet or Preacher?

He "believes" he can remove a curse from your person, be it related to poor health, misfortune or otherwise... sounds like the usual faith healer or self-professed medium right?

Well for a $400 "curse removal" you decide.

One simple removal of a curse and you tell me the answer to one simple question - $400 and a quick "your curse has been lifted" later and do you notice the difference?

AN ODE TO YOU

What is it about you that makes you so unique?
Is it the style in your attitude? The essence of your soul?

What is it about you that catches the eye of a passer by?
I long for you, I am captivated by the essence of you,
Yet you is so untouchable, so solitary yet so close,

You exists in me, so tell me, tell you,
Who is you? Why does you haunt me so?
And if you is me then am I me or am I you?

You completes me, and me completes you.
I wonder then, what it must be like to be simply you...
